Yes, I experienced a similar issue during sex, which left me in excruciating pain. I immediately consulted with a doctor from Ongo Care, who provided me with medications and prescriptions. Since then, I’ve been on the path to recovery and have seen significant improvement in my condition. If you are thinking about IUD and ovarian cyst, I highly recommend seeking medical advice for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Don’t hesitate to reach out to a healthcare professional for guidance. Your health and well-being are paramount.

I am truly sorry to hear about your struggles in finding an affordable therapist. It is a difficult situation, but don’t lose hope. Consider looking for local community mental health resources or online health providers like Ongo Care, Teladoc, Plushcare, and many others. Your well-being is important, and there are alternatives even when insurance doesn’t cover it well.

I had also suffered from very similar issues so you are not alone in this. When it was overcontrolled, then I consulted with my doctor through telehealth Ongo Care. My doctor understood it well and helped me to do some tasks in my daily life. After several video sessions with my doctor, I always think of new ideas for relaxing and try to find things that help ease my seasonal depression. Now I overcome this and am well now with some of my busy schedules. Now I am used to liking going for a walk, reading a book, listening to music, riding a bike, reconnecting with friends, etc. I suggest, you can do what makes you happy and can help you relax, it will be a good tool for you. I hope this helps!

I had the same hair loss problem and I got consulted with a doctor through telehealth Ongo Care. I am better now with applying all my doctor’s advice. I suggest you consult a Trichologist and describe your problem. Try out the solution which your doctor suggests. According to my doctor’s advice, I take a healthy diet and drink a lot of water with my finasteride tablet. Also 3-4 times a week, I apply oil for 2-3 hours and wash it with lukewarm water. I experienced an improvement in my hair growth and a reduction in hair loss once I started it. If you have long hair, do not tie up your hair because it will put a lot of pressure on the top part of the head. If you try out these things, be patient and don’t expect the results too quickly.

I started smoking at age 19 because my friend wanted us to try it. I thought I looked cool and sophisticated, naturally. The first time I tried to smoke a cigarette I thought I was going to die coughing. It took practice to be able to inhale smoothly. So at first, I couldn’t do it very often because I had to hide it from my mother. Then I decided I didn’t care what she said and began smoking around her. Then I got addicted. A few months back I decided to take a doctor’s help. I connected via Urgent care Ongo Care in my city California. The doctor did many successful sessions by giving some advice on how to get out of this addiction. Now I am under my doctor’s supervision and somewhat finished this addiction.

My first UTI was when I was 23. After that, I had lots of recurring infections, painful urination, and a lot of frustration. A while ago, I contacted Ongo Care Urgent Care in California on the advice of my friend. I explained about UTI to the doctor. He wanted some lab tests, so I went to Ongo Care Urgent Care Clinic. I gave urine and blood sample for lab tests. My doctor found a bacterial infection and started treatment immediately. My doctor prescribed an Emmaxcillin antibiotic for a course of 7 days. After 10 days I gave a second sample and my report came good.

                  Hi Evie,

I am sorry to hear about your problem. These health conditions are the worst for those patients who can not deal with stress symptoms. If you want to know if it’s just stress or something else then you need to focus on your emotional symptoms of anxiety and these are becoming easily agitated, frustrated, moody, and feeling overwhelmed as if you are losing control and want to take control of this. If you are still experiencing from something, I suggest that it’s time to consult a doctor and need to talk about your mental condition. I also had the same problems but through the help of telehealth Ongo Care, I am well and overcome this problem.
