I have the SAME PROBLEM with my acne, so I feel your pain and know it is soooo horrible. I have been going on 3 weeks now of trying to eliminate as much dairy as possible to see if it helps with my skin. Since dairy is an inflammatory food I figured why not!
Some alternatives I am using are Nut milks (almond and oat) as well as creamers (NUTPODS is a great brand) if I need some extra flavor in coffee. VIOLIFE is a great dairy free brand for cream cheese and shredded cheese regarding flavor, and LAVA Plant Based Yogurt is delicious. Only time it is super hard for me to NOT cut dairy is when my Italian family comes over and we make meatballs…have to have that ricotta cheese lol.
Other things I am trying and hoping to see results with is using clean products for skin care and makeup (specifically using Beauty Counter as alot of my family with similar skin saw awesome results).

Thank you for starting this conversation because I was just asking my girlfriend about this last week.
I’m not married, but I have been with my boyfriend for 2 year (next month) and I am always READY TO GO and have the best orgasms…but lately I have had NO DRIVE. Its like a fricken desert down there and its super embarrassing when my boyfriend is trying to set the mood but then stops bc I’m so dry.
After talking to my married girlfriends and reading a few articles this is what I learned. (Nothing is medical or from doctors but just my experience)
– Women are SO mental and all in our heads. I have to mentally be wanting to connect or have sex and turned on but I have to set the right mindset for myself. I have to be really relaxed that means mediating, or having a glass of wine or whatever works for you, because if I am stressed and thinking about “lifes worries” nothing is going to happen.
– I also started readying aortic books. I bet the year 50 shades of Gray came out there as a baby boom lol. BUT when I am reading about sex and flirting, it gets me in the mood and my mind creates real life scenarios I can create. Super helpful!
– Sex Stores. Dress up, role play, buy a wig, make it fun and try new things! Again the wine helps lol maybe even tequila
– Working out and eating healthy. For me I have to feel comfortable in my own skin to be my best self and confident. I always notice when I am feeling off, my sex drive definitely drops.

I feel like I am getting way more anxious during this pandemic as well. It is like this really bad quick sand feeling – when it starts it is hard to stop and can really take control. BUT this is what I have been doing and i hope it helps!
– Head space
The best meditation app in my opinion. There are free trials and different time frames. The most calming voices can walk you though a mediation for 3 min or 10 min or anything in between.– Fresh Air
It is really a game changer for me. Just opening windows or going for a walk around the block will calm me down. I always take 5 really BIG deep breaths, and even put my hands over my head. Probably look crazy but it works– Podcasts
Tony Robbins and Brene Brown are my current obsessions. They are both motivational speakers, genius, and have documentaries/podcasts about managing many things, including stress and anxiety. They are also two very different people. If you prefer tough love, I would look into Tony, and if you prefer a more gentle but very effective message, Brene all the way! Look up their documentaries on Netflix.xox

TOTALLY feel this topic and honestly so happy we are talking about it. I am super self conscious about my weight and at times it can be a really bad obsession…
With that said, I am really happy to say I am finally in a happy and positive place with food and my overall health. Instead of another diet, I did this program which honestly is a lifestyle change – that teaches you how your body burns fat first instead of sugar and how to turn it into a fat burning machine. It is literally called FASTER WAY TO FAT LOSS (FWTFL) and for 6 weeks you have a personal coach teaching you so much valuable information.

BUT in the mean time – here are a few easy changes you can start today which will lead to results <3
– intermediate fasting (eating within an 8 hour window frame) I like to do 12pm – 8pm but choose what works best for you!
– only eating WHOLE FOODS. Ask yourself if it came from the ground, or if it has a mother. If the answer is yes, then you can eat it! Theres a reason behind this you learn about in the program
– 30 min a day of any type of exercise! When I am not motivated, I will just go for nice walks and call my mom or friend a need to catch up with and before you know it 30 min is over. Then you can gradually increase, but consistency is key.Two other key concepts we focus on are counting your Macros (carbs, health fats, protein) and carb cycling. Girl I know the feeling! It can be super annoying when our bodies change especially with weight gain and we don’t know why. Do you know if this is a side effect from the hormone replacement you are taking?
Or have you changed your diet/work out routine at all? Sometimes I will cut out different food groups to see if that is effecting me body too. I hope this helps!
