The BC is washed away quickly, so these 45-day cycles probably show a preexisting ovulation problem the pill had so far masked instead of caused.
Push for a complete hormone/thyroid work-up or at least a reproductive endocrinology consult-many of us who ovulate late conceived once they got their hormones balanced or with mild ovulation-induction meds.

Yes, I understand — I did at the time, when I was trying and they were not conceiving, and I had to figure out with ovulation tests. I also ovulate around day 19, and it is such an important realization! Apps are helpful, but sometimes our bodies just do not follow the “textbook.”

So much thank you for sharing your experience; it’s so valuable to hear the whole picture, not just the clinical one! I had a similarly rocky start with Paragard, but just like you, things settled down and I really like to say I am confident about my decision. Agree fully – it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all, but these real stories do go a long way!

Definitely, you can’t be alone in that experience. For me, IUD insertion was way more intense than I had been told, both physically and emotionally. Dizziness, shakiness, and feeling dazed were things I did have to contend with the following day. It’s just really the downplaying of such an event that gets you.

              Hi
I am also in the same boat. I am also dealing with premature menopause. I am going through many problems like sleeping issues, migraines, libido, and weight gain. My doctor suggested some medication to handle these problems, but it is very tough to deal with the mental stress you are getting from this situation.

Seasonal depression can be difficult to overcome, but certain strategies may be helpful. Some people find comfort by using light therapy, exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, practicing mindfulness or meditation, getting support from loved ones, and considering therapy or counselling. Because everyone’s experience with seasonal depression is unique, it’s vital to experiment with different strategies to see what works best for you.

There are many all-natural self-care products on the market, and you should read recent reviews and recommendations before making a purchase because product availability and popularity can change over time.
