      The greatest benefits of a morning walk are not only the physical advantages, but also its ability to reduce stress and clear our mind. Walking outdoors, particularly in nature, creates a sense of peace and mindfulness that can help set a positive tone for the rest of the day. My primary care physician suggests me the same for stress relief. It helped me to organize thoughts, and mentally prepare for the challenges ahead.
