    How helpful has meditation been to you?? Do you have to let yourself completely go into a different world or can you just use it as quiet time?

      I use meditation just as quiet time. I really focus on my breathing and deep breaths. Just the act of deep breathing really helps calm me down and allows me to relax, even just for 5 minutes.
