      There is multiple benefits of morning walk :

      1. Morning walk help us to improve our immunity

      2. It’s play very important role in our fitness whether you are doing exercise or not

      3. Morning walk increase increase our oxytocin  that help us to feel whole day fresh

      Therefore we should go for a morning walk daily.
