    Hi ladies!

    Just here to say that i have actually been very inspired by tik tok recently and all the women who have made a conscious effort to work out to “get strong” as opposed to “get smaller.” I think this is a really important differentiation and something that I have been reminding myself of recently. I hope this helps someone!

      I don’t do vigorous workouts, but I do take a brisk walk daily, at least a half mile, a full mile if I’m not too busy that day. Days that I skip, I feel the difference, and wish that I had.
