Hi. We worked with Alta Group Remodeling on our kitchen and two baths, and communication was genuinely their strongest point. Their whole approach is built around clear communication and zero surprises, and in practice that meant a written plan before any demo, weekly check-ins and a single contact we could text. When they opened a wall and found an old plumbing issue, they stopped, showed us photos and priced the fix before continuing. The crew kept the house clean every day, laid down floor protection and treated our place with respect. Honestly, the high-end finishes and planning mean it isn’t the cheapest option, but we never once felt blindsided.
