I was recently diagnosed with PMDD. I thought what I was “living” aka(suffering) with was normal PMS, until I finally told my doctor and asked for my hormones to get tested. She’s said no need to check my hormones I definitely was suffering from PMDD and life didn’t have to be like that! I’m on Celexa 10 days prior to my period and WOW what a change this has made to my mental health prior to my period. I’m not longer spiraling into a depression that was not only affecting me but my family also. I never knew this was a thing so I’m just sharing incase anyone else goes through this. I love this forum! Us women are amazing and have to stick together !
