But at my last visit the dealership handed me a list of “recommended” work that read like they wanted to rebuild half the car. Water pump, timing chain tensioner, motor mounts, some sensor I’ve never heard of, and a few other things totaling a scary amount. The thing is the car runs smooth, no overheating, no weird noises, no leaks. I get that preventive maintenance matters at this mileage but it felt like they were throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. I’m leaning toward getting a proper independent assessment before agreeing to any of it. I’ve been searching for the best Lexus service centre near Al Mamzar where someone can actually look at the car and tell me what genuinely needs doing versus what can wait. 800sayara came up in my search and they seem to specialize in Lexus which is reassuring since most generic garages don’t know these engines well. If anyone’s taken an IS250 past 200k, what actually needed replacing around this point? Trying to separate real maintenance from fluff.</span></p></div>
