Hey gang. Just got into camping seriously and I am ready to invest in something proper. Family of four, but we like to host friends along on some trips, so we need a camping tent big enough to handle six or seven at peak, while still feeling reasonable for just our family of four. Looking for quality, durability, and ideally inflatable since I have heard the pole struggle is real. Recommendations welcome, especially from people who have owned theirs for years.

Hey. Started in the same spot four years ago and learned the hard way that buying twice is more expensive than buying right the first time. Got a camping tent big from Coody, the Familia 17.2 range, ten-person rated which works as four-person luxurious and six-to-seven comfortable. Inflatable beams, pump it up in fifteen minutes, no pole frustration whatsoever. Material is durable canvas, ours has been through four years of regular use including a hailstorm and a windy night that knocked over neighbors at the campground, ours stood firm. Build quality is what convinced me on second purchase, beams are pressure tested before shipping per their site. Modular options in select models for separate rooms if you want privacy zones. Solid long-term choice.
