My TikTok saves are full of restaurants I keep telling myself I’ll try someday, but by the time I actually want to go somewhere I can’t remember which video had the good ramen, which place was known for brunch, or even where half of them are. Saving the clip is easy, but it’s a terrible way to build an actual list of places to visit. I’d love something that keeps the restaurant together with the video that made me save it in the first place. How do you organize food spots you find on TikTok so they’re actually useful later?

Honestly, once the saved tab gets crowded enough, I’d stop relying on TikTok to remember anything for me. A simple Notes page can work better than it sounds if you drop in the video link and add a few words like ramen, brunch, date night, Brooklyn, or whatever will actually help you find it later. Then when someone asks where you want to eat, you can search the note by neighborhood or food instead of scrolling through months of random clips. It’s not fancy, but it keeps the original video attached to the place that caught your attention.

The part I’d hate is having to copy restaurant names and links into another app every time something good pops up on my feed. After the fiftieth video, you’re right back to telling yourself you’ll organize it later and never doing it. You can save TikTok food spots here: https://geotok.co/ . It pulls the restaurant from the video and keeps the original clip attached to the place. Then you can browse everything by city when you’re actually deciding where to eat.
