I have horrible gas pains that seem to build up in my lower groin almost my hip! I also deal with constipation but wondering if anyone has tried anything that works.

Yes, I usually take lemon water in that case. If the pain is not controlled by any chance, I consult with my doctor through telehealth Ongo Care. He prescribes some medicines and I feel better after that.

If this pain is worst for you, you should need to consult a gastroenterologist and that will tell you what is the cause of your stomach pain. Gas forms in your large intestine when bacteria ferment carbohydrates -fiber and starches and some sugars -that aren’t digested in your small intestine. Usually, gas can be cured by turning the acid secretion down with medication because the gas in your stomach is primarily caused by swallowing air when you eat or drink.

Yes, it is becoming more and more frequent to have an acidic stomach. You can relieve the condition by drinking some lukewarm lemon water with black salt.
