Before the pandemic, my eczema was under control and I did not notice any flare ups. However, during the pandemic when lock downs and restrictions were enforced, I experienced major eczema flare ups! I believe the stress and lack of activity triggered the flare ups on my face and body but it could also be diet or allergies. Has anyone else notice their eczema become worse during this time? If so, what have you been doing to make it better?
I know steroid creams are a typical suggestion but I’m not interested in using them since I tried them before. They are not a sustainable solution for me so I’ve been being more mindful of what I eat and trying to move around as much as possible.
Thank you!
