I experience lactose intolerance inconsistently – sometimes, I can eat 3 slices of cheese pizza and not feel at all constipated/have gas/have other effects the next day. Other times, my stomach is in knots. The same is true for ice cream & yogurt. Anyone get this?

Same here!!! I don’t know what it could be either but it makes me think it’s external things relating that impact it more? Or that the quality of the food is better??? Idk. I have endometriosis and I have been really thinking that’s more of my trigger than being lactose intolerant?

Lactose intolerance varies in severity, from mild discomfort to severe digestive issues. Some can tolerate small amounts of lactose, while others experience symptoms like bloating, cramps, and diarrhea even with minimal dairy consumption.
