I have quite a few tics due to my anxiety and ocd, but recently, one of them has been acting up recently and I don’t know why. It is where I play with the back of my part of my hair, and my excuse to myself, and especially others, is that I’m fixing it, when I know that’s not the case. It’s been really distracting me lately, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me to help alleviate the amount of time I’m consumed by this particular tic. Also, I have a fidget toy that usually helps me, some days more than others, but it hasn’t been working at all recently. Any ideas? Thank you!
