To have healthy, glowing skin, you need proper nutrition, exercise, and extra skin care. Nutrients from food help with energy, growth, repair, metabolism, immunity, and keep your skin healthy. I’ve noticed that my skin condition is strongly influenced by my diet, once I started drinking more water and eating vegetables, fatty fish, and nuts, my skin became firmer and more hydrated. I also switched to Korean skincare, essences and ampoules with niacinamide and centella have helped me a lot. I order them directly from Korea. I especially love the brands COSRX and Beauty of Joseon , their formulas are light but very effective. Combined with proper nutrition, the results are much better than from creams alone.

Absolutely agree—skincare isn’t just about what you put on your face, it’s equally about what you put in your body. I learned this the hard way when I kept switching products but ignored my diet. Once I started drinking more water, cutting down on processed sugar, and adding foods rich in omega-3 and antioxidants (like walnuts, berries, and spinach), my skin started looking healthier from within.
Also, pairing good nutrition with proper dermatological care can be a game-changer. For example, I consulted Dr. Reena Sharma at Derma Essence Clinic in Noida—she gave me a treatment plan that balanced in-clinic therapies with nutrition tips. It’s worth checking them out: dermaessence.in.

Healthy, glowing skin is influenced by more than just topical products. Proper nutrition, hydration, quality sleep, and stress management all play important roles in supporting skin health from within. Combining these wellness habits with professional skincare treatments, such as a deep cleansing facial, can help remove impurities, improve skin clarity, and enhance your overall complexion. A balanced approach often leads to the best long-term skincare results.
