Hello, a market-hours question. I would like to compare how one web terminal handles different groups of instruments across the week. Some markets have clear sessions, while crypto-related products are often presented as available throughout the weekend. What should I check about maintenance, order acceptance and the hours when support can deal with an issue? I am particularly interested in what happens to an instruction placed while the underlying market is closed. A broad availability label is not enough for my comparison; I want to know where the instrument’s actual schedule and any exceptions should be documented before using it.

For session planning in Maverix Invest trading, check each instrument’s specification rather than apply one market-hours label to the whole catalogue. The overview groups six asset classes and presents different availability labels, but a product can still have maintenance windows or special sessions. Ask when orders are accepted, when they can execute and how instructions submitted outside a session are handled. Support availability is a separate question from whether prices are displayed. The overview does not provide every exception, so request the schedule and its time zone. For weekend access, also confirm where notices of planned interruptions appear. That gives you a clearer basis than assuming a visible chart means an order can be filled.
