For almost the past year, I’ve had a pain in my right foot. Sometimes it’s right when I wake up and I step down, other times it’s just when I wear certain shoes. I’ve been reading about possible issues and it sounds like it’s something called Morton’s Neruoma. I’m seeing a doctor next week but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or has had successful treatment. Feet are tricky and I want to make sure I’m doing all that I can.

Do you have a bunion? I do on my right foot but have had an X-ray to determine the bones are still intact so likely not causing this much pain (yet). X ray also ruled out a stress fracture, but they determined my issue is capsulitis metatarsalgia. Been wearing harder soled shoes and doing other exercises to avoid running.
