Ahh! What a scary experience – so sorry that happened to you! Personally for me, I would give it one more shot. If this was the only negative experience (although a big one) I would chalk it up to a mistake. However, I would definitely be on guard next time you visit and like you said, continue to ask questions and defend your own health.
