I have also struggled with hemorrhoids forever! One amazing thing I’ve found to work is the Squatty Potty. Sounds ridiculous, but if you use it consistently it makes a huge difference. Also, any stool would work 🙂 And, creams might not work if the hemorrhoids are more internal. Suppositories are the best option for me!
